Hey there, it’s the first time I’m about to review about your business. I’m very regular customer and have recommended you guys to many of my friends was so happy with your service until now. When I have visited last time there. I haven’t been served with any customer service by the person I have got my haircut(The blonde woman with tattoos). Lady who has given me haircut was literally terrible at her skills. So rude the way she talked(not even talked actually just “hmm or yup” didn’t even try to engage). And gave smart answers (when I asked any question). Didn’t even hold comb properly and hit my face few times. She has literally blown hair and water spray in my eyes. Didn’t even say sorry for that. I have felt like she was being racist towards me. I have felt really bad. Made me feel like it was my mistake to visit you guys for haircut. I am probably not coming back there to get haircut again.
