Tuesday 7/10/2025 I dropped a tire with a pinhole puncture off at 8am and asked for it to be patched from the inside. Returned at 9am in time to see the kid drilling a 4mm hole through my tire "because he couldn't find the hole inside the tire". The patch didn't take and he stuck a corded plug in it. I said he had ruined the tire. I went home and tested the tire, I went back the shop 3 times in which they did progressively worse attempts at repair claiming every tire shop drills holes in tires. The 4th time I asked them to put a 2nd hand tire on at their cost. I returned at 10am 8/10/2025 to find they had attempted another corded plug repair with glue except now they had also ruined the sidewall with their machine. I feel this was deliberate and they lied right to my face about it. I have a completely ruined tire and the only recourse is to go to fair trade and the Road and Transport Authority -- before someone gets a blow out and has a serious injury.

I came to Exclusive Automotive to have my Halogen lights replaced by LED'S. Over the course of doing this, the autoshop were extremely helpful in dealing with a number of challenges we faced either the conversion, always with a gre a t attitude & willingness to put 🙄 themselves out to help. Well done guys
