What level can I fill the bin?
Bins may be filled to the top rail, no higher. It is illegal to transport overloaded bins and more importantly, dangerous for other road users. Our drivers cannot take the bin if it is overfull.
How much weight can I put in the bin?
As a general guide the maximum load for bins is 1 tonne per cubic metre however bins larger than 6m3 have additional limits applied to them. This is the safe lifting & transport limit. Due to road rules, design, carrying and lifting capacity limitations and general safety there are certain limitations we must follow to safely transport heavy items such as dirt, concrete or bricks.
