Very disappointed. Quoted for job & told approx 3 hrs to do. Job done in under 20 mins...Expected a whole new track. Old one was cut in half and a patch screwed in. Materials couldn't cost more than $100 to $150, cost for job was $650. I know there is a business to run, but $500 for 15 mins labour? Poor customer service, paid deposit same day as quote, had to chase up more than once for a date for job doing. Told they were waiting for my Dog door to arrive. I hadn't ordered a dog door! Was told I'd be contacted on three occasions, I wasn't. I had to chase them. The door works fine, but I don't feel I got the job that I paid for.

Found to be very poor service. Had to ring back 2 weeks later still waiting for a quote . Then was told will call you back never received a call back or quote. If they couldn't do the job they should of just said so in the first place rather then never getting back to you very unprofessional.

I can't speak more highly of Michael & his company.. we moved into a new house last year a month before Christmas. Michael rushed everything through (including a Pet Door) that needed desperately before Christmas & we were more than happy this week he came out very quickly to help us with our glass sliding that wouldn't lock (not Michael's product) he fixed it no problems leaving me very thankful.. Thank you Michael for restoring my faith in customer service that these days is very hard to find.. Cheers Janine
