Can I access the venue prior to the event?

Generally you can access the room prior to the event although it is recommended to speak to the function coordinator for specific timelines.

Who sets up and packs down the venue?

Function coordinators will set up the room to meet your requirements. They will work with you to ensure your seating plan and numbers are finalised.
