I am with the NDIS. I have PTSD and bad social anxiety among other things. All I wanted was a regular cleaner at the same time so that I wouldn't have to worry about a stranger each time. This was made known and I was assured I would get this. Disrespectful staff would change my cleaners regularly and not tell me. Cleaners often came late and left on time. Once a cleaner arrived after the clean time and I had left for appointments. I was immediately accused of not being home during the clean time by higher ups. When I finally got a cleaner I liked, she quit and they didn't inform me. Again new cleaners were turning up. When I complained they told my support coordinator they didn't have time to say anything. She quit nearly 2 weeks prior. The straw that broke the camels back was that they assigned an older woman to my clean. I live in an upstairs apartment. They expect her to carry all that heavy stuff upstairs. She was physically hurt when she arrived. Horrible management.
