Do you provide any other NDIS services?
It can be a complex task to navigate the health system especially when caring for or assisting a family member. We can help you find the right services to support your short term and medium term needs. Once we complete an initial assessment, we will have a reasonable plan about what may be of potential benefit to you.
What’s the timeframe of accessing your services?
Once we receive your referral, we will aim to see you within 7 business days. After we sign the service agreement and establish your goals, we aim to commence services no later than 2 weeks. Assistive technology timeframes will vary depending on the supplier and approval process. We always aim to complete services within reasonable timeframes.
