The quality of hair I received was absolutely appalling from the start. My hair was dry, looked very brittle and definitely not the “premium hair” they promise especially the type of quality one would expect when paying $1629.95 for my first appointment. After complaining about the quality of hair, they were “generous” to change the extensions after testing them by Jadore which is “company policy”. The testing showed there was an issue with the hair which was surprising considering I purchased the warranty package for an additional $220 which included their products (the only products I ever used on the hair). It now makes sense why they offer a discount on your extensions if you trade in your old extensions... it doesn’t take much to realise what they are actually doing with these recycled extensions. There are other hairdressers that will provide far better quality extensions for a fraction of the price. Do not be fooled by a reputation based upon paid models via social media!

Spent over $2k for hair extensions that on my first visit were left extremely long, not styled at all and of a very poor quality. Went back for a hair cut today asked for a simple pony tail which Michael, the hair stylist, struggled to achieve. After the cut I ended up with my hair looking shorter than prior to my initial visit. So don’t really see the point of spending $2k in the first place. I was also talked into spending an additional $200 for hair products that would apparently hold my hair curly. The products were used by the stylist to curl my hair in the morning. However, by lunch time my hair went completely flat. This was a very traumatic experience. I would not be recommending your salon to anyone and would like to receive a full refund for your below average service.
