The Emerald Medical Group is a primary healthcare practice and (GP SuperClinic) dedicated to meeting the healthcare needs of the Central Highlands' communities by providing high quality patient-centred medical care that is accessible and affordable. Drove all the way from the other side of town and they said we tried calling and messaging when I did not receive any I triple checked, appointment was rebooked later that day and doctor is over 1hr late, I have groceries in the car 😒 why receive appointments if you's aren't going to stick to the times, very disappointed

My mother saw Dr Holloway today, she was amazing, all medication explained and understood for the first time. The professional standard of this medical group is second to none, from doctor to staff. Thank you all for treating mum with kindness and care.

This is a very warm and welcoming environment, the receptionists went out of their way to fit us in on short notice, muchly appreciated, and the doctor was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, had a wealth of information for me and i will definitely keep this place in mind for next time.
