Soul Voice� Sessions We begin with coaching to connect with what is most important for you for. This can be anything from a physical ache in your body, emotional issues or specific areas of your life where you feel stuck. Tuning in to your energetic & physical body I use my voice to encourage shifts & transformations within you to recreate harmony. During this process, you will learn to hear your own inner wisdom and connect to your authentic self as well as possibly meet your guides and ancestors. I will help to empower you to eventually use your own voice to facilitate healing & transformations that you want to take place in your body & in your life. Sessions last approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Therapeutic Massage Relax as I massage away the tension stored in your muscles bringing deep relaxation. With gentle or firm pressure, using quality oils, experienced hands & my strong intuitive sense I will bring healing, rejuvenation & harmony to your body. Trained in Swedish massage, I have over 15 years of experience in massage including Corporate Seated massage & my technique is now a unique blend of all I have learned. You will feel comfortable and relaxed within minutes. If you have special health issues or are experiencing pain, please share this with me prior to your massage. Sound Immersion A Sound Immersion can be just what you need to recharge, renew and lift your spirits and only takes 30 minutes. You simply want to feed your soul, be inspired, balance your chakras, feel relaxed or bring in more solidly, the qualities you have already unearthed in yourself. A Sound Immersion is only a taste of what sound can do, so a full Soul Voice session or a series of them would be more beneficial & appropriate if you want to work deeper to clear blocks, release pain or old emotional patterns and fully come into your core essence. Energetic Healing Experience the unique synergy of a combination of energetic modalities to release, energise, realign, reconnect, balance & harmonise you on all levels. It is a combined healing and reading as I also receive messages from my guides & yours in these sessions and will be sure to pass these messages on to you.
