“Dealt with Steve from Elite Carpet Cleaning in Bathurst. Initially contacted him requesting 4 rooms for carpet cleaning for my disabled sister. He said he wasn’t able to do the carpets at the time as he had broken his foot, but would contact me in a few weeks. Feeling empathetic to his situation, I waited several weeks rather than contacting another service that same day. I followed up, he had forgotten about the arrangement. We arranged for the following week, I rearranged furniture as requested by him so he could access carpeted areas. The night before he calls and stated he is sick, and will reschedule. 2 weeks later and no response. Carpets needed to be cleaned urgently before my mum returned home from hospital, I didn’t have the time to wait around a second time to be contacted. No response from the owner when I contacted regarding rescheduling. Very poor service, unprofessional.”

Steve was on time and excellent. Even with the marks, my carpets came up great. I received prompt and professional service.
