Disgusting customer service, rude and a noxious and an absolute rip off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I would give 0 stars if I could They do lot return calls to customers when there are issues and their delivery is unreliable.

Ordered gas bottle on 19th July, 2021 which was a Monday. Our area delivery days are Tuesday and Thursday so when no delivery arrived I rang on Saturday only to reach Ballina office who promised to get someone to ring me on Monday for delivery confirmation day. Stayed home all day....no phone call. Ran on Monday only to reach Ballina office again who told me my delivery was down for that day, goodoo woop woop but alas no gas. Rang again today (Tuesday one of our delivery dates) and got Ballina office again who said (again) that they would get in contact with Port Macquarie office. Still no phone call, delivery or gas!!

20 days and still NO replacement bottle or any indication on when it will be delivered. I suggest the manager heads to Centrelink. Surely a group text or email advising of the pending delay would help defuse this matter. Advised that there's only one small ute delivering ALL of the Hastings area. Hey Elgas! why not borrow a vehicle from a fellow Elgas company?

Delivery time exceeds 2 weeks state have driver shortage in Port Macquarie but can not give a realistic time for when delivery will occur..Was told by Coffs depot ,Port office would call and advise .Still waiting for that call very poor customer service
