I closed my account in January this year after moving home, and then they took money out of my account on March 21. It only took me three months to get my money back after filling in forms from the bank. Now seven months later, they invoice me again for a bottle rental at my new premises. I don't even have gas at the new place. After emailing them, they say I never informed them. Get your sht together, Elgas.

After dealing with other gas suppliers I highly recommend Elgas. They are much better to deal with and I think their rates are slightly cheaper than the others.
