I have had two orders for 45kg bottle exchange and again have not received either bottles. I have been a customer of Elgas for over 9 years and of late their customer service is so poor l am looking at going to another provider and why is Elgas so expensive compared to other providers. The cost is about $50 a bottle dearer than other providers?.
