I have bought my last 2 Motor Cars from this car dealer. I will be buying another car in the near future from this same dealer, he talks straight and with no BS, one can argue for a better price as he is open minded as he wants buyers to be happy enough with his cars to come back and they do come back, I'm proof of that. I have driven the cars bought from El Cheapo Cars free of motoring problems for years, besides the wear and tear of the likes tyres and such I have had no problems at all with the cars. I would suggest to anyone that needs to buy a good cheap reliable second hand car to go see this dealer, he has some nice cars and do not be afraid to argue with him for a better price, do yourself a favour go visit his Car Yard before signing with any other dealer. I have bought my last 3 motor cars from this dealer and all the cars have been without fault and my dealings have been very good. The price of the cars are very good and I must add, I have had thousands of trouble miles of driving and I shall be going to buy another car from this dealer in the near future as for the money you pay for the car, you could do not better anywhere else, so my advice is to talk to this dealer before you even think of signing with another.

I recently brought this car from the car yard and within a week the power steering belt broke and a million to one chance a piece went into the timing belt. The car would not start due to the piece of broken belt wedging itself within the timing belt, thus throwing out the timing. I rang the car yard and within a hour they arranged a tilt tray and loan car and was taken to his mechanic. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs at all times, I had the car back in two days running like brand new again. I will certainly buy again or recommend this car yard to my friends, it is good to know there is a honest car salesman in this world who looks after the customer as well. Thanks Elliot

I agreed to purchase a car from this fellow expat Kiwi after pointing out a few faults that required attention and repair, namely faulty air con and some issues with upholstery and door handle surrounds. Upon mention of these issues a grace period of 10 days was agreed upon to rectify the issues. Most had been taken care of well, except for the air con problems. No cool air blowing, no air blowing at all, and after the car being returned to the seller for the third time after these issues had apparently been repaired and sorted, and this is the annoying thing about it all, not receiving requested copies of descriptions and explanations of repairs from his approved repairer. After my car came back to me (from the approved air con guy?), front passenger side electric window control was broken, and air con issues continued. Requests to have these issues addressed and fully repaired by the seller have stonewalled. I accept that reasonable wear and tear over an accepted period of time after on-selling a vehicle is within the limits of agreed responsibility between two parties. Unfortunately despite having written confirmation from the seller to complete requested repairs, and the seller's knowledge that all telephone conversations between the two of us have been recorded for my protection, I am told to go to Consumer Protection.
