About EFT Vitality
EFT Vitality is open by appointment, with face-to-face and online services available. Over 100 studies show that EFT Tapping assists in reducing stress, physical pain, depression, anxiety and PTSD. Did you know that up to 68 percent of physical pain can be caused by underlying emotional triggers? This is the common denominator that can be applied to such a broad spectrum of symptoms and is what EFT targets in order to assist. By addressing the triggers behind the symptoms EFT allows the body to naturally rebalance, thus often accelerating the reduction of emotional, mental and physical pain. I consider it the greatest honour to bear witness to and hold space for someone on their journey of self discovery. Having lived much of my life at the frequency of grief, I understand and appreciate the courage and faith one needs to “face your fears” as people say, to absolve the shadow self, bless it, surrender the pain and resistance, before being able to heal and then embody the changes you desire. What if I am already on medication or am engaged with a psychologist or other professional? Can I still use EFT?
Yes. EFT does not diminish or interfere with the intended effects of other health or medical practices that may be used concurrently. In fact, despite EFT being an emerging complementary technique it is already used by many psychologists, doctors, nurses, and medical institutions world wide in addition to allopathic treatment regimes.
