Fletch responded on a Sunday, came out to Girraween, pumped the septic tank, and went the extra step by identifying a secondary issue — a partial blockage in the feed to the septic — which he rectified before leaving. Excellent, reliable service Highly recommend ECOTREAT

Hands down the best customer service I have received for years. Fletcher went above and beyond on a Sunday afternoon call out for me to empty my septic and unclog the pipework- which he shouldn’t have had to do. Very efficient and top knotch quality work. Highly recommend. Thank you again,absolute life saver.
