We have a business almost entirely reliant on the use of our landline phones. Loss of our phone use happens at least once a month, if not once a fortnight, and it is near impossible to get immediate help. If we're "fortunate" enough to get in contact with someone out of hours, all they do is log the complaint, leaving us without proper use of our most important asset for hours/days on end. The tired line of "it's a nation wide problem" is utter rubbish, and a complete cop out for their inept service ability. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy, even they don't deserve the torture of having to deal with them!

I had recent gone with another telephone provider and everything went wrong. Phones were a mess and couldn't see a way out. Spoke to a very friendly guy at Eco called James and he made everything go away. I now have a great internet service and got a great deal with my phones. Thank you Eco Communications

Got them to sort out my NBN connection. Loved the service and loved the price. Technicians were friendly and very knowledgeable. I recommend them to everybody I meet.

I have to agree with Boz. We have been with eco for a number of years and their customer service experience and level is a great example on how not to do business. The system simply is not reliable. Rude customer service representatives with little empathy or urgency to fix problems, that is obviously costing the customer an enormous amount of business. There would not be a week that goes by that we don't have a problem with one of our sites phone systems. Technicians that are incompetent and service representatives that simply don't care. I don't know how they stay in business with how bad they treat their paying customers. Shop elsewhere.

These guys provide a very poor service, phone lines are often crackly and very hard to hear, does not convert from message bank to phone calls when its supposed to and you often miss calls and lose business. Great at selling their product which would be good if it worked properly, but it doesn't and unfortunately their service stinks, it's about the worst level of service I have experienced, once they have the sale they don't care about you at all.
