I wanted to say a few words about Easyway. We decided to try a building broker to assist us with the build of our new home. It was a pleasure working with Grant and the Easyway Building Brokers team. Grant was guiding us right from identifying the right block of land to purchase, negotiations, to building handover. And for someone who is new to the industry and building a custom home this guidance was invaluable. Grant constantly checked up on us to see how we were travelling with the project. Grant from Easyway building brokers has been great and i can highly recommend his service. He greatly assisted me with the build of two houses on the Sunshine Coast. Grant is fast, efficient and highly responsive. His network of builders is extensive and was able to get me a better price than i could in the market. I just wish he would also open an office in Sydney as i could use this service south of the border. Many thanks Grant, keep up the great work!

Grant has been efficient and thorough in his broking activity throughout the process of finding a builder. He listened to our needs and was able to offer us a range of builders. From that list we were able to find a builder who could meet our needs. He has been able to help in the negotiations of the contract and has always been responsive and supportive. I recommend him highly.

Our project required a reliable builder to build three houses. We approached Grant Rohde at Easyway Building Brokers and he provided us with three builders who all seemed to be good. Eventually we settled on one, and were very happy with the outcome. Grant continued to contact us and provide advice throughout the project and assisted us well after he was obliged to.
