What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy uses relaxation and hypnosis to help create better outcomes, for instance to overcome anxiety or to stop smoking.

I am afraid of someone controlling my mind?

This is a misconception about hypnosis in general, control is always with the owner of the mind. In fact hypnosis is a very enjoyable experience.

Do you use hypnotherapy with all your clients?

Not at all. It is a tool that is used sometimes, or when requested. 80 to 90 percent of my work is with coaching.

Neuro Linguistic Programming are a set of powerful processes for behavioural change. I use NLP more than hypnotherapy with my clients.

Bud has a way of helping you solve a problem or issue in 1 session. I have seen psychologists over the years and none of them have helped me actually solve my deep rooted issues let alone solving them in 1 session. I wish I had of found Bud 6 years ago. I can't recommend him enough. Talk to Bud.

I don't normally write long reviews however I feel it's important to celebrate those who are amazing in their field. When I met Bud I didn't really understand what mind coaching was, or that I would benefit/ need this kind of service. However I can honestly say it has changed my life for the better and I have only just started! We all have things that we have to work through in life, however rarely do we seek support unless we are in extreme circumstances. I chose to invest in myself and try mind coaching to gain a little perspective in these stressful and challenging times. Everyone's experience is different but for me it has unlocked negative belief systems that have been holding me back. I would not normally suggest this kind of service unless the person was truly amazing and could achieve results. Thank you Bud, I am lucky I found you!
