My name is Scott and I've had a sore ear for a couple of years when I came here to get it flushed l found out that I had a cotton wool bud stuck in it it was lodged in there but she did not give up until she got it there was no pain what so ever she did it so professional and when it came out it was the best feeling ever I recommend anyone who has an ear problem to come here U won't be disappointed really nice people
