I rented a house with Dunham realty around 4 years and saw an ad of theirs and felt compelled to provide a review. My experience with the owner and his partner who also works at Dunham realty was a joke. I filed multiple maintenance issues with no prevail, they would never responded and had there "maintenance man" who is not a licenced gas plumber fix a gas leak weeks after I reported it. Their "maintenance guy" would enter the property without us home or knowing. Dunham realty would never respond to emails or phone messages and were quiet rude. They also charged the property owner a crazy sum of money to chop some trees down in the yard. A friend of mine owned the lopping business and told me he quoted Dunham Realty 2K less than what the owner paid....who I also knew. Ha. I honestly think the 5 star reviews online are fraudulent as one of the young real estate ladies in the office complained about the owners duty of care during a routine inspection. Chris and Ash did an excellent job with managing our investment properties for many many years and we couldn't ask for more in a property management team. Nothing is too much trouble and they make sure our properties are well looked after and that any requests by tenants are handled in a prompt, cost effective and professional manner. They are very proactive, ensuring that there is minimal time between tenancies and that we are achieving above market rent further enhancing the return on our investments. We highly recommend their services to all of our family and friends!
