About Duff Matthew
Matthew Duff is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Counsellor at the Work-Life Centre in Port Macquarie & has been established for 12 years. He has always felt very privileged that Clients let him into their personal lives to assist them to understand how their feeling, resolve their issues and change their behaviour. He normally uses a combination of Counselling and Hypnotherapy to assist his Clients. This provides a personalised approach which promotes successful long term change with little effort or willpower required. I use Counselling to assess the issue. This allows me to view why it continues & if there are factors driving that behavior. This then allows me to form a Therapy strategy using Hypnotherapy to resolve & change the behaviour. Hypnosis is simply a state of deep relaxation. Hypnotherapy is putting in suggestions into the deeper part of the mind whilst under Hypnosis. Once embedded in there they will be used automatically, just like riding a bike. The benefits of hypnotherapy include a reduced need for willpower, which helps clients reach their goals much quicker and more easily than before. It is effortless & the Client is always in control whilst under Hypnosis. Matthew has had extensive success in treating many issues through his Port Macquarie Therapy Practice.
