Took my partner and granddaughter Saturday night just gone to this restaurant, as I have had a craving for Chinese food for a couple of weeks, so thought we would dine in. The service here was atrocious. We asked if we could have some green tea and was told by the very, very uninterested wait staff that they do not have it. We questioned this and was still told no. On leaving I was told by the person on the register (again I assume but I think the owner) that of course they have it. We had to fetch our own bowl and they slapped the food down on the table so roughly that all the (out of a drum, I can only assume) sauce that the duck was swimming in, went all over the edge of the plate. We had spring rolls and prawn toast for entree. The toast was fine but the spring rolls were disgusting they tasted foul, like they had cornflower glugged all through them. For mains we had honey chicken, duck and Mongolian lamb. The honey chicken was well over cooked and 20% of it consisted of little bits of batter and no chicken. The duck was only so so and the Mongolian lamb was the pick of the 3. This costs me over $110. We will not be going here again. Gympie residents should demand a higher standard as the service or lack of it we received made everything taste twice as bad.

Attended a small function here. Very happy with food. Service staff are polite, prompt and friendly.

Although the restaurant is old and could do with a face-lift, the food is amazing and the staff are so happy and friendly. We went there once and then went back a month later and he remembered us. I recommend deep fried ice cream

DISGUSTING!!! Worst tasting chinese food we have ever eaten. Bad service, Missed dishes. Would not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy!
