As an avid DIY, I was wanting to construct a new under house bathroom on the garage slab, a ground floor patio for summer of 2017 and a second floor deck above the patio with the solar span (cool) roof system. My home is in Chermside west. I looked around and found Drafting Concepts in the Sunshine Coast area. I always dealt with Daryl and he was extremely patient and helpful by providing answers to most of my questions and sourcing answers to Certification requirements. I made many changes after squeezing building info and advice out of him for which Daryl was helpful and familiar with. Daryl gave me a fast, free quote for my project and the final plans were a very reasonable cost. I did rough sketches of all the elevation plans of the patio and second floor deck and locations from the boundaries and the bathroom and all of the measurements and they did the rest. Drafting concepts are fast and efficient and really helpful. I would definitely use their services in the future.
