More than 23 years experience in industry After many years as a massage therapist, Paul fell in love with acupuncture. After some part time study he realized he needed to learn the complete system of Chinese medicine and become a registered acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist. He was a massage therapist for 10 years and has been a Chinese Medicine Practitioner for 13 years in Both Australia and Canada.

Is Acupuncture Painful?
No. Well, not really painful. Acupuncture needles are very fine, so nothing like hypodermic needles used for injections. Often guide tubes are used to desensitise an area and the finest needles may have no sensation at all.
Are the needles clean and sterile?
Yes. Sterilised single-use acupuncture needles are used and disposed of immediately after treatment.
