How do I know if I need to see a psychologist?
At some point in our lives, we’ll all struggle to deal with our thoughts and feelings in a positive way. The idea of seeing a psychologist for the first time can be daunting, but rest assured our friendly and supportive team is here to help.
Do I need a referral?
You don’t need a referral to book an appointment. However, without a referral you can only receive a rebate if you’re a member of a Private Health Fund. If you’d like to claim a rebate through Medicare you’ll need a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHCP) and referral from your GP.
