Doyalson Vet has not changed in 20 years Still ripping people off For example I rung the receptionist up and said my dog needs her toenails clipped and I said she’ll probably have to be sedated and they said no we can do that without sedating her 🤔 so they couldn’t clip her nails and it cost me a consultation fee 🤔 So I made an appointment to get her nails clipped and give her a full check over and cut some skin tags off my dog the vet said this morning she can do that when there this afternoon to pick my dog up but she said she can’t cut the skin tags off without going fully under lol which cost me $450 for her nails to get cut I asked about the skin tags they said they couldn’t do it under sedation she had to go fully under 🤔🤔 So other words what they tell you don’t believe it because They we give you some excuse what doesn’t make sense 💯 And book you in for a third time To get more money off you 💰

Had a terrible experience, left waiting 30 minutes with a very stressed puppy. Asked to wait outside in the heat because she was barking. Couldn’t assess her properly in the end. No offer of water. Has really affected us all

We want to thank Sally, Josh and the amazing caring team in the treatment of our twins HARRY and RUBY. Unfortunately we lost RUBY due illness earlier this year, we were devistated. Everyone at Doyalson made RUBYS passing over the RAINBOW 🌈 BRIDGE easier for us to accept. HARRY is still missing his sister but started to slow down a bit too much. He had blood tests done which showed HARRY is battling his own illness. It was such tragic news for him and us. Thanks again to Sally, Josh and the team he is stable for the present. . Please get your pets a regular blood test it might save their life. HARRY is only 11yrs young and has a lot of love and living to do. Doyalson is the best amimal hospital on the coast. We would not take our HARRY anywhere else.

Dr Shana and Dr Wendy! Doyalson Animal hospital, the most sympathetic, kind and warming Vets Ive ever come across, I just wanted to thank them both so sincerely for the comfort they gave me when receiving the bad news and having to put my best friend to sleep on the 26th of July. I wouldnt have wished for any other professionals to have guided me through that heartbreaking Journey. I received the most beautiful card from them today also! Once again from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU Dr Shana and Dr Wendy

They are the most caring ,understanding professionals when it comes to your fur babies. Our furbaby was bitten by a Tiger snake in December,because of Sash at Tuggerah and Doylo Vets for their wonderful care she is still with us. Tilly still has a long road to recovery but were it not for the care that she has received from both these facilities we would not have the outcome that we have today. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts,Dr Kate and the wonderful team At Doyalson Vets.

My 15 year old cat Dimi has had some ups and downs in the past 12mths, in fact it will be a year this coming Anzac Day I had to give him his first insulin injection - now he is in remission. Dimi has all the vet nurses wrapped around his little paws. I did start to wonder if sometimes he didn't do things on purpose just to come and see you all! I often find him sleeping in his carrier bag...

Have had many years of happy and not so happy experiences with Doyalson Animal Hospital. Words cant describe my gratitude to them - they've put up with my eccentricities and tears and treated all my animals with love and dignity s- as if they were their own pet. I would not want to go anywhere else-each and every one of them, Vets and staff are truly beautiful souls

The staff at this Animal Hospital are always there to help the owner and their beloved pet.They give that extra TLC with 5 star treatment.A bonus also is if one of my pets[ which are many ] have a complex Medical condition I have 5 Vets to discuss my case if needed,which takes my worry away.I highly recommend this Hospital.

I have been going to Doyalson Animal Hospital for a few years now, Every time I go there everyone is very welcoming and finds the time to ask you how you are doing even at the busiest of times. the vets are always thinking of the best interest of the animals and putting the effort and the time in for my dogs which I am always very appreciative of. Keep up the good work.

I've been taking my 2 dogs and 3 cats to Doyalson Animal Hospital since moving to the area 2 years ago. I asked around for the best vet in the area and several people recommended Doyalson and I could not have been happier with the service. My pets are my babies so I love that Doyalson treat them as such, they always greet you with a smile and pats and treats for my dogs. One of my dogs is a scardy cat and they have even gotten him to like coming to the vets and offered free 'fun' visits for him to get happier coming to the vets and it worked. I've been happy with all the treatment they have received, my smallest dog having had a dental last year. Its always a pleasure to go to Doyalson and I would and do highly recommend them to others.

The staff are always super welcoming and friendly. As soon as you walk in you know your animal will be in the most excellent hands. My dog loves going there as he knows he will get much love from treats to pats. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone, as I know it is a top quality vetarinary clinic and the attitude here compared to my dogs last vet is much more professional and is cheaper!

For over the past 8 years I have been a client of Doyalson Animal Hospital and every time I visit I am more amazed by the quality of care and service that I receive. All of the vets and nurses are welcoming, knowledgeable and happy to answer and provide advice for any questions that I have. I am also impressed by the extra steps they go especially for anxious or reactive pets, such as being a low stress handling accredited practice, having pheromone diffusers throughout the hospital, changing towels in consult rooms between clients and having excellent, maintained grounds where consultations can be done outside if needed. I cannot highly recommend this veterinary hospital enough!
