Our new build was fitted out by Dowell Windows, screens & Doors 2022. They have been back at least 3-4 times to replace some of the window glass that was scratched on installation or transport. Early March 2023, a kookaburra flew through our mesh screen door and then attempted to escape (uninjured) so damaged all our screen doors and a window. We contacted Dowell via email 4 times and phoned at least 4 times, to get a quote to replace the screens with security screens. We are still waiting for that quote. In the meantime, we have all the bugs and insects flying in. Their communication is appalling. If we hadn't called them, I doubt we would ever have heard back from them. We'll be using another company now.
