I rang Neil at Dixon Trailers about ordering an enclosed Motorbike trailer to double as a camping trailer I found Neil to be very experienced and could tell he knew what he was doing just by talking to him. As a small business owner I own 6 trailers from car to single and dual axle machinery trailers. I didn't bother getting other quotes because for me you can't put a price on quality I had a few requests to customise my trailer mainly because I live in central QLD and our roads are pathetic and I have had trailers fail in the past from the constant bouncing along the roads. I asked for a stronger draw bar reinforced roof to mount a rooftop tent adjustable spring hangers and wider tyres nothing was a problem or inconvenience which made me feel like I was dealing with the right company.I picked my trailer up yesterday and was blown away with the quality and attention to detail it exceeded my expectations it's all the little things that add up also like 1t springs on a 750kg trailer LED lights oversize safety chain custom built suspension components the draw bar forms part of the chassis and the locking system for the rear door is excellent I also ordered a Mchitch instead of the standard tow ball system I travelled 450klms yesterday and have 300 to go. The trailer towed beautifully and the hitch stopped the slap you get with the standard tow ball hitch I have no hesitations recommending Dixon Trailers for anyone who wants a quality trailer that will last a long time. I wanted a custom trailer for about two years and gather ideas and thoughts along the way. The last 6 months I got serious about the purchase and started getting quotes together. Dixon trailers was one of them and I was very interested to purchase from them as they really listened to what I wanted and asked what would it be used for and gave some great suggestions however they were all booked until early next year and I needed the trailer before December, so I nearly missed out. Thankfully Dixon trailers rang and said someone cancelled and an opening is available. I had no hesitation and got the ball rolling. I picked up the trailer yesterday- what a great peace of work. Dixon trailers have done a perfect job! Used all quality parts and you can see it is made with great care. Great job and as you can tell, I am very impressed!
