I did not get a response from my online booking and then rang reception who assured me they took the booking and when I arrived the next day no one had a booking at stumps restaurant in my name. I tried ring the restaurant after being put through from reception twice and the phone was not answered either time. embarrassing when meeting colleagues for lunch. This is the thrid time this has happened and I really try to make sure I have a booking. POOR service. I will now go elsewhere.

Very spacious rooms, bed was firm but very comfortable. Bar fridge, stocked with UHT milk only. Kettle. Lots of storage space. Generous size and clean bathroom, with large shower. Towels, face cloth, foot towels and hand towel included for complete bathroom comfort. Fantastic service as well. Will definitely be back .

Right in the heart of Alice Springs, the rooms are basic but very clean and well maintained. Great bar/restaurant downstairs. Secure parking. Car park isn't huge, so if you are towing a caravan, I suggest you to precheck that they can accommodate your rig. Definitely recommended.
