Designer Decks did a seriously pro job of our extensive deck and fly over roof. When I met Stewart on his initial visit to quote, it was immediately apparent that he really knew what he was talking about. I decided straight away that he was the man I wanted to do the job. They handled the design and building certification very well and made that seem easy, even though the project wasn't. They did the deck beyond my satisfaction. I was introduced to Stewart Bradley by a roofing materials supplier who described him as never hearing bad reports. On first inspection, Stewart identified a design flaw in the plans that required re drafting. Numerous small issues arose and Stewart guided me through them whether they be other tradesmen or actual building details. That done, quote agreed upon and flexibility applied to working with the tenants onsite. I'm very happy with the process from introduction to finish.

Stewart started out doing our new pool decks which looked fantastic. I recently had an insulated patio system installed at my unit in the new Halcyon Lakeside Retirement village at Bli Bli. After receiving quotes from the larger operators in this type of business and not being happy with their response and excessive prices I went to a smaller roofing company who recommended a company by the name of Designer Decks & Patios. I talked to the principal of this company, Stewart Bradley, who came two days later to give me a quote. I found him friendly, businesslike and very obliging. He also showed me an extensive portfolio of photos of his work. This helped in making my decision. It was also reassuring to know that the insulated roofing product he would be using would be Solarspan. This being the original and most technically advanced in the market place. The workmanship was up to a standard that exceeded my expectations and all matters regarding Council, plans, QBCC warranty insurance and body corporate insurance were part of the service. I would have no qualms in recommending Designer Decks & Patios to any prospective purchaser.

Stewart Bradley and his team recently completed a restoration of our deck and pool surrounds. Stewart was on site every day providing professional advice and delivering top class workmanship. The site was left clean, tidy and safe every afternoon, gardens and lawns were not damaged and neighbours were not disturbed by excessive noise, rubbish or dust. It was a great job at the right price.
