I had a bad experience with them in 2015. They didn't post the item for almost two weeks after I've paid and of course it missed out the party. I could have bought from the US and have a better chance of reciving it on time, and cheaper! They tried to blame the post being slow but the post mark on the box tells the real story Never again!

Terrible experience, and it isn't the first time. Order placed: 09/11 Order posted: 23/11 Staff were rude and unhelpful. Once it finally arrived, it was faulty/broken and parts were missing. I was offered a partial refund of $10 which did not even come close to compensating. They never processed the refund. Don't reply to emails / facebook messages / online chat DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
