I had a multi head system installed in my home.. Deepchill sent out some young boys to do the installation they wired the system backwards then shorted out the main unit! Then they sent the wrong parts! With numerous phone calls, emails, Texts, going backwards and forwards. They finally came out and installed the incorrect part. But cross wired two of the units!! We had to get them back again to fix them mistakes a third time! Absolute dodgy installers. Would not recommend this company!! On top of this, they still want to charge full price for all the mucking around and the weeks of backwards and forwards that we had to go through in the middle of a really hot summer!

Excellent and efficient service from Simon and his tradespeople from Deepchill Airconditioning Miami. Had a very last minute job to relocate an air conditioner in order for a kitchen renovation to commence. Was less than 3 hours from the time of the phone call to the job being completed. Fantastic service.

I have had multiple good experiences with Deepchill. They installed a unit in my parents-in-laws house last year and do yearly service on our A/C. The customer service is always great and the boys are always quick and efficient and clean up after themselves! Would recommend to everyone!

Had this company come out to fix a leaking air conditioner, multiple visits and incurring repeated service costs and still not fixed. No customer service and no offer to come out and fix the problem we originally got them to fix. Just a money grabbing company, beware when using them. If I could give no stars I would.
