Poor tradesman , took them my car to repair my door and they ripped the plastic weatherproof seal behind the door skin to gain access to the window track , broke another plastic part on my door skin and several locators for the door skin , and also flattened my battery as well , rang to ask for a refund after using the window for its first time on the way to my holiday and it falling into the door and they refused and asked to fix it again , I declined and asked for at the minimum my money back and was told that was not an option as they are offering to fix it . Not the best way to treat the customer I would not use these guys again if they were the last mechanic open in Newcastle
