I came to McLean to get a second opinion as the job I had done in Queensland was a disaster for 8 months I was in pain the new dentures I had made here were totally wrong I’ll fitting I was so embarrassed as I spoke like I was drunk I had trouble eating and swallowing I had mouth ulcers constantly and terrible headaches. I went back and tried to get my problems sorted but it never was. My daughter lives near McLean so we decided to try there for a second opinion from the first phone call the staff were so lovely and understanding when I arrived for my appointment Jeremy was amazing I had trouble keeping it together as I explained what I had been through he took into consideration the emotional and mental impact this had on my life. He accessed what I had and worked out a plan to help me which he did in a totally professional manner. I am so grateful and have returned home in a better place thanks the the wonderful staff at Dawes clinic.thank you.
