Agreed to buy house from owners. Office staff were ok to start but after they made so many mistakes and caused so many delays i asked they get owner to call me to discuss but office staff said they will not let us or any customers etc talk to owners to get problem resolved. Coming up to 8 months anf delays caused by office staff incompetent. Council forms theu lodge ate allways wrong and council rejects them they also take 2 months to get their contract to you Such a disgrace they just don't do their job right and no accountability by owners and after you ask they get things fixed you get by office manager. Please for you sake try another place. This has cost me so much misery

Happily bought and removed our house for $8000 then sold it for $78,000 but after multiple emails and phone calls they still have not came back to remove the stumps and clear the land as per contract stated if we knew we would have this extra expense we wouldn’t of let the house go so cheap 🤬

Contracted DW towards end of 2012 to take away house (2 storey approx 1980's timber clad style) so we could build a new one on site in Caloundra (new house completed 2013). PROS Local company DW came quickly to site and provided a contract Recycle home and not add to landfill Receive money for home CONS DW did not meet contractual obligations from their end DW would not remove home when permit/s were available and considerable delays in removing home occurred as they were very busy (all delays in removal were from DW's end) DW were hostile towards other building companies i.e. Wright bros DW left bottom storey and tipped over and left on site (advised this was their common practise) Site was not cleared DW unwilling to negotiate a suitable outcome for all parties; we were told "that's the way it is and that is it" Cost more to remove home with DW than it would have to just demolish Removal of negative reviews - I have left reviews prior for DW and they have been removed In future Would just remove and add to landfill - the costs in time and money were too high to recycle and do the right thing. It was not worth the frustration in dealing with DW.
