i bought a house in nov 22 but they are so slow they didnt get contract to me until 1/23 then they lodge paper to council on a few occasions and council rejected them as they are wrong but they didnt tell us. council is annoyed with them it has cost me $40000 so far and they cant even tell me where the house is or did they resell it and get more? they talk to you very rudely all documented its been 8 months and still they cant answere questions. some say they might close soon. not sure whats happening but please do not buy there it has cost me sleepless nights stress and despair
