The most unprofessional, pathetic and lazy customer service, I ever experienced. In addition, the sales team is very poor and incapable. I placed an order on 13 April 2022 for additional battery for my whipper snipper purchased from DMC Mowers. I got the order on 20 April and it was wrong item, could not be fixed on that whipper snipper, though the picture is clear on the order. I sent email to DMC mower and got auto-reply that "staff will be back after Easter Holiday ending 30 April" and so I had to suffer till 1st May. After 1st may, no one responded to my email, no one is picking up the phone and I am hanging in the middle. Not recommended anyone to purhcase anything from DMC Mower, they are pathetic. Dont waste your time and money, I might throw this DMC worthless item out of my house, this wrong battery and all DMC items are total garbage.

legends- got a belt for the rideon- cheap as compared to anywhere else and great quality Kevlar- cheers guys - will be in for a 4 stroke brushcutter when they come in

Ok .. after buying online for a number of years I have moved up the coast . lucky enough for me I can now get my parts sales and servicing by walking in his front door . Daves always good for mechanical advice and he knows his tools inside and out . Your cant beat experience and time in the trade Julian -lbd property solutions

Came across DMC Mowers Australia ( Dave's Mower Centre ) on Ebay. Their pricing on parts and prompt delivery setup to my door makes them way better than DRIVING to the local mower centre and paying through the nose for the same product.. Thankyou DMC..
