We bought a brand-new car from DMG. Had issue with battery quite a few times. Mechanics couldn't discover the real problem in first few attempts later turned out it was not a battery issue. They held the car for more than a month delaying repairs giving numerous reasons. Terrible Customer Service.

Poor customer service state they would offer shuttle but did not ! State on their answer phone they offer after hours drop off services when enquired they said they don’t do this! Last service they ticked boxes stated they had done something but when I checked the replacement of windscreen wipers as stated they had done they hadn’t done so the manager gave me her business card with a petrol voucher of $80 dollars to be authorised as an apology be aware . Also another time when down payment for a car on sale of $1000 did not honour and car was sold to someone else I am still awaiting my $1000 !!
