Dan's Garden Bags was quick to respond to the message I left asking him to call. He arrived that afternoon to talk about what we needed, as my husband had asked him about taking an extra load of garden waste to the dump, as well as having a regular bag placed at our home. He arrived promptly, as promised, to pick up the load, and our garden bag is now in place. Very happy to have found this business.

Called the number, left a message that I needed it emptied asap. Even emptied half the bag to make it easier. No calls back. Service is definitely lacking.

Dan's Garden Bags are great to deal with being responsive and friendly. Since they took over the business they have always collected when they have said and when they changed their pick up policy, this was clearly defined. The 6 week pick up date is adhered to and is clearly shown on each invoice. If I need them to pick up more often than every 6 weeks then they arrive the next day after receipt of my email request. I would recommend this business.

I have used Dan's garden bags for years and it was great until a change of ownership. Since then I haven't been able to get a bag collected for love or money, have had them fail to turn up to collect a large amount of garden waste and I had to call somebody else in because they just wouldn't come when they had arranged, when I cancelled their service and told them why I was verbally abused. This is not a complicated business and it is 100% service related so why is their customer service so bad? Try another company.
