Dale Dow Floor Sanding

Had Dale in to sand and finish our floors which were in very poor condition. I ran a floor sanding business myself for 15 years and was apprehensive about trusting someone else to do the work but I can honestly say he has done a magnificent job! Proper professional, old school craftsmanship, no corners cut and very reasonably priced. Nice bloke too. Highly recommended

Dale took the time to explain to us the process of how the job needed to be done to ensure that the result was exactly what we were looking for. His advice on the best products to use for application and to achieve the finish we were looking for for our home was spot on. Dale worked on my floors for two weeks during very hot conditions, they were in poor condition from 50 years of wear and tear (iron bark on the verandah and pine inside)...and now - I cannot believe the results! The job was a tough one and Dale calmly carried on. He communicated constantly with me informing me of where he was at, how long left to go and any problems which needed my attention or advice. I really recommend Dale for your floor sanding jobs. Great bloke too!

If you want a professional job use Dale. His attention to detail and advice is invaluable to getting your floors to look great. He is flexible, will not take short cuts. We moved to Townsville early January 2022 from Melbourne and purchased our house by late January. We didn't know any good tradies so I had to rely on google reviews and reviews on websites and thankfully found Dale. Dale done an absolute brilliant job sanding & sealing our Queensland hardwood floors throughout our entire 3 bedroom home. Dale is a most professional guy. His work is careful, efficient and produces a first class result. He sanded three decks twice and resealed them with three coats after allowing each coat to properly dry before applying the next coat. He is friendly, reliable and explains what he is doing and why. Highly recommended if you want the best workmanship.
