When a product was not completed on time, or to client requirements (prior to being sent) I refused to pay. They have then contacted my client directly to try and get them to pay (not my clients responsibility). Their rope covers in the previous order were like paper. They scrunched up and stayed scrunched up. Easily tore. Poor quality.
