Over a number of months my Dell All In One computer developed problems of not opening several of my programs and files. It appeared to be a software issue so I gave D–stress a call and booked a home appointment. The technician arrive early and was most helpful and informative. From the start he thought it may be a hardware fault but he did try various solutions to rectify any software faults but to no avail. The next day I asked if he could pick up the computer and repair the hardware fault, he arrived at our house promptly and took the computer after giving me an estimate of cost. Within 4 days he rang and said all was fixed and would drop it off at our house. The computer is now performing better than I can remember. Excellent service by a very knowledgeable and courteous technician at the quoted cost. I would highly recommend D–stress to anyone having problems.

My Mac was having a melt down and had a really big virus, these guys had it sorted and back with in the week for me great customer service and help to protect from further issues, will be a returning customer for sure thanks again.
