We asked Doug to come back to our property for the second time for a different plumbing job. I was impressed with Doug’s work and demeanour. Doug took the time to explain the problem, drawing diagrams. Doug focused on the evidence at hand. He was flexible enough to allow us to prepare the site and cleanup afterwards. He did a great job and then explained what to look for and how to maintain the newly installed system into the future. A friendly and cheerful guy. Thanks so much Doug!
