This is the 2nd denture clinic I have visited on the Sunshine Coastwith terrible results,unsure about google reviews being genuine?they deleted mine,my personal experiences quite horrible,certainly nothing like their reviews reflect,they were quite often unavailable due to being “on holiday”, were the most expensive quotes, even after I paid in full as I was pressured into doing so ,without receiving the product or what I asked for wich was the 3d dentures advertised (wich has now changed also)I was also asked to sign an agreement to say I would be happy with what I received before I received it,after having a discussion with them about my many concerns things changed as the appointments and treatment went along,after I made full payment of what was asked of me before receiving product again as I was pressured into doing so the very next day I was told my next appointment was cancelled as the tech would be “ on holidays “ I was asked for another quite large of money.DO NOT recommend !

If you are looking to replace your dentures you will receive no better service than from this business I have recently had my dentures replaced as they were well over due 20 odd years I collected my new dentures last Tuesday and I have worn them non stop for past 8 days with no issues whatsoever no pain no sore spots no rubbing no movement they are a perfect fit thanks to Pierre dedication to getting things right the first time could not recommend this business highly enough 5 stars Anna brilliant too as was another staff member I met during the final stages Please believe me you will find nowhere better than Custom Denture Clinic for any denture needs From one extremely satisfied customer

After having seen Andre, I saw the other orthodontic specialists he recommended. I sent required info on to Andre. No response for a month. I called the office three times and was told he would get back to me. No response. I called in to ask what the delay was and was told he would make contact. No response.

I never realised how bad my old dentures were and how I possibly put up with them for so long. I am now able to eat properly and mostly everything! Thank you so much!!!
