Can’t rate for auto a/c expertise as I was given an inaccurate diagnosis of a/c fault by their “expert” earlier this year which was later correctly diagnosed & repaired in Darwin quickly with nothing major being replaced which was told need doing. Seriously need to question the competence of the ac mechanic. I didn’t even get a reply to my email from management. Certainly not recommended

Car a/c failed on our recent caravanning holiday so went to CSA as they were “experts”. Was told needed to remove the auto trans oil cooler (fitted by dealer under warranty 22years ago) as was interrupting air flow, condenser blocked & therefore compressor probably needed to be replaced along with condenser plus viscous fan not working & needed replacing along with the mixer. All this was causing an increase in head pressure which was causing drive belt failure. Was charged $160 app for diagnosis & fit new drive belt. Very happy didn’t buy all the parts advised needed as when in Darwin within 20 min the real fault was diagnosed as the condenser fan was failing intermittently & causing the high head pressure. $260 later all fixed & has not missed a beat since. Glad I didn’t go ahead with purchasing advised parts from Katherine diagnosis. Need to question the competence of the ac expert in Katherine. My comms to management at CSA in Katherine did not even rate a reply. Ripped off

Called in with broken horn - great service. Didn’t have part to fix, but helped isolate problem. Purchased a battery and installed. Really friendly and helpful service. Top bloke, would go there again.
