I just bought a SUV from Crown Motors and was very happy with the experience. Brad had a few cars to show me and spent the time explaining the different features of each vehicle which helped me in my choice. I would certainly use Crown Motors again when I am looking for another vehicle.

First impressions are "oh here we go another dodgy car dealership" but nothing could be further from the truth! After searching far and wide for a BMW X5 (knowing EXCATLY what I wanted) I landed at Crown Motors after finding a potential vehicle that seemed to tick all the boxes on Gumtree. From the first moment we arrived the guys were absolutely brilliant, giving us the key to take it for a test drive on our own. Deciding this was THE ONE we negotiated on the part exchange, a few little things that needed doing, warranty and a new system for the sat nav and iPhone compatibility - finally we had a deal! I was having to await a UK bank draft which, at first, was delayed at the solicitors, then by the post system here then by the banking system. Through all this Wayne and Mark were reassuring and so patient taking the time to get the car perfect for me. Never once have they pressured me to finalise the deal knowing the stress I was already under. All being well (fingers and toes crossed!) I pick up my beautiful BMW X5 this weekend and I could not be happier! Crown Motors goes way above and beyond in their customer service and I cannot thank them or recommend them highly enough! Dont be put off by appearances these guys are family owned, down to earth and genuine and I will certainly be back for my next vehicle!
