My mother took her car in for a service - brakes had to be replaced. The car returned screaming whenever the brakes were touched - turning heads across the Southern Highlands. Taken back 4 times, my mother was fobbed off by saying that it was due to the asbestos being removed from the pads. Later the the brakes failed due to a caliper falling off. While they towed and repaired the issue, the car continued to scream loudly. Finally, the brakes grabbed violently leaving a roundabout. The car was then taken to my mechanic in Sydney, all brake pads where replaced - the mechanic commented "they are the cheapest brake pads". The discs also needed to be replaced due to heavy gouging. My mother has spent over $1300 in the last 12mths with this business to have this experience. And a further $950 was spent with my mechanic to fix the problems for the car to return finally silent and safe.

Good Afternoon Tatum, I think that you have some misinformation here regarding your Mum's car. I also explained this on your google review that you left us. We had last seen this vehicle for Service in 2022 where we did replace the Front Brake Pads, using Bendix Brake Pads. When the Vehicle returned to us almost 12 Months later, overdue for Service, it had been to other repairers in the mean time and came in for a Rear Brake fault. I am happy to supply you with the notes if you would like to clear that up. There is more information if you would like us to supply that to you. Feel free to call

The team at Cross Roads Automotive went above and beyond to help us in an emergency, including helping us organise transport for our ute and our young child, and getting the ute fixed so we could continue on our holiday within a few hours. They showed great integrity in their pricing and service. Thank you to everyone on the team for your kindness and great service. If we were local we would definitely use them again!

Thankyou Kate! I am glad we could help and get you back on track with your holiday!

The Crossroads Automotive is one of the best family businesses in the highlands ..Always offering a friendly service and go out of there way to accommodate there customers needs .... I would like to apologize for my Bad Goy review 11 days ago ...I was having a bad day my pet guinea pigs had died and i felt upset ..then when i looked outside i noticed i had been stupid enough to purchase Honda CRV!! ...It wasnt the Crossroads fault that my CRV leaks like a sieve all over my driveway everyday but once again i purchased a CRV.!!...I had mentioned also owning a SAAB another time in my life when my choices of motor vehicles reflected the misalignment in the planets of my life ...My continued bad choices in life have nothing to do with Crossroads Automotive
