Worst experience with the company. Sent out someone for the job didn't send the quote they charged me for. Then the electricians turned up without the equipment they needed, left for half the day and charged me for it. They then left again because they forgot the blank switches and charged be for a third day for 10 seconds! Charged for two people! Ignored my request for a invoice break down for 6 months then won't listen to my concerns about overcharging 2k! Now sent to a debt collector. Total impotence they want the customer to pay for. If it could be no stars I would use the rating.

Thank you for your review regarding the job that was completed at your property. We understand you are upset as we have unfortunately had to make the tough decision to send you to our debt collection agency. We have tried to meditate and offered discounts to have this resolved. The events that you mentioned in your review are not true. This job was not quoted for and was instructed as a do in charge with all terms and conditions sent prior to our attendance. The first attendance was to scope out the works, we then needed to collect the necessary equipment. As you the client, completed works yourself that included installing an underground conduct without installing a pull rope this added more time and tools to the job as we had to blow a rope through the conduct. We have explained all labour charges with yourself. It saddens us to see such a negative review of our company as all works have been completed and this is over an outstanding bill. Thank you for your review and we hope to have matters resolved soon.

Worst company to deal with, stay way. Absolutely destroyed our house, and have to fight to have them repair it. Still waiting for repzirs nearly 12 months on. Never before experienced a company so bad,
